Fitness

Looking after our bodies is not an optional extra or just something those who have illnesses or health problems need to do. Taking care of our bodies is good stewardship, given that everything we have is a gift from God.
‘Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own, you were bought at a price. Therefore, honour God with your body’.
(1 Corrinthians 6:19-20)
Fitness makes a difference to you emotionally, spiritually and intellectually. Could you make a change for the better today in one of the 3 areas most important for fitness –exercise, correct nutrition and rest?
