As the Autumn approaches, and a new term starts for many around us – children, students and teachers – now is a good time to reflect on your life and whether it’s as fulfilled as you want it to be or are you stuck in a rut? With the busy lives we all lead, it’s easy to get stuck into routines that are familiar, doing the same things week in week out, and mixing with the same individuals, family members and social scene we are used to.
