The information we have about you

The information you provide us in your personal profile form is used to compile
your profile that is sent to other members. You have a choice whether you wish
to provide your phone number/s and email address to other members. Your
address is used solely and purely for our purposes and is never, on any
account, given to any other member/s. If you choose not to disclose your
telephone number/s and/or email address these will also be kept purely for our
use and will never be given out to other members. We ask for a copy of
identification to verify you are who you say you are.

You may change your profile and personal details at any time by contacting us.

In certain circumstances if we have cause for concern about you or your
interaction with other members, it may be necessary for us to disclose
information about you to statutory authorities and we are at liberty to do this –
although it will be done with your knowledge. Please see our Terms and
Conditions for further information. We may also disclose personal information
about you if required to do so by law.

Information we send you

As a member of friendsfirst you will receive regular mailings from us. These are
always sent in plain white envelopes and there is nothing on the envelope to
show that it comes from friendsfirst. We respect your privacy.

Telephone calls to you from the friendsfirstt office

When we try to contact you, we will only say it is friendsfirst calling when we
are speaking to you personally. If we are speaking to anyone else in your
household we will not disclose that it is friendsfirst calling. We respect the
confidence that you have put in us to be discrete.
