Hi everyone,
I've just found the Friends1st website, and I thought I'd post a message here because I'm looking for someone (preferably a Christian) to go travelling with next year in my gap year. I'm hoping to leave the UK in around February or March 2009, and travel for about 3-5 months (this is negotiable). My current plans (which are just a very vague idea at the moment) involve a few weeks in California (because I have family and friends there), followed by about a month in New Zealand, two months or so in Australia and then a week or two in Dubai (as my parents have friends there) on the way home.
I'd like to meet up with someone to get to know them first, and then we can decide whether we'd like to travel together. Ideally I'm looking for someone around the age of 18, but will consider others.
Please pass this on to any of your Christian friends, as I am open to all offers of a travelling partner!
