In UK churches women typically outnumber men by almost two to one. The absence of working class men in church is even more stark. Where are things going wrong?

Dont know I'm afraid Sarah, but its very disheartening, as a never married 40 year old I wonder where on earth I'm going to find a good husband? I'm not a career woman and I've not been picky at all, but just so few good men about :(

Yes, an interesting observation. Have you ever read the book, 'Why men hate going to church' by Davd Murrow? Definitely, a good read and might provide you with some answers. I had a non christian partner who didnt mind me going to church but refused to come with me. Reading this book answered many of my questions and makes so much sense, although it puts the spotlight on the church, rather than the men. Hope it helps
