We are often asked how successful friendsfirst is?

If you judge success by the number of marriages we've had then we are very successful. And if you add in the numbers of people making new friends (which is what some people join for) then it's even better

Single Christians take advantage of the UK’s own dating doctor

Single Christians across the UK are being offered the chance to learn dating skill secrets from the UK’s very own dating doctor - just like in the film Hitch which starred Will Smith as New Yorks’s premier dating doctor.

friendsfirst, one of the UK's largest friendship and dating agencies for Christians has employed the services of the UK’s premier dating doctor to teach Christians how to get the most out of the time they spend mixing, flirting and chatting to people in a social context.

Christians are being offered 3 hour seminars to improve their social and dating skills; one to one coaching; dating safari’s and cyber seminars.

Katharine Gray, director of friendsfirst, based in Birmingham, said: "Christians are not unique in needing help to feel confident and outgoing. Many of our clients feel very shy approaching people they don’t know or having conversations in a social setting that make them stand out and be remembered.”

Despite the fact that there are 9,899,196 single people in our society which should make meeting people easy, single people are finding it harder and harder to meet people of the opposite sex.

"The dating doctor services we are offering give people a real boost and can make a significant difference to how they feel about themselves and how they approach others."

The first series of seminars that friendsfirst are offering are in February in London, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. All these cities fall into the top fifteen UK postcode areas for singles living alone.
