MEMBERS IN WEST WALES

We are often asked whether we have any members in the depths of Wales.

Indeed we do and our numbers here are growing all the time.

Here is a lovely story from one of our lady members from Carmarthen. Ruth had joined a variety of dating organizations since her husband’s sudden death in 2000. Mr Right never appeared so she finally decided to have one last try with friendsfirst (who had been keeping in touch with her on a regular basis since the first time she enquired). The first set of profiles arrived and here was Clive from Neath, only 32 miles away. He did not really seem to tick all her boxes as he had never been married with a family and did not like cats (Ruth had 3). Nevertheless, they met up, had coffee, went for a walk and found they were very comfortable together. Eventually after some time, Ruth introduced Clive to her children and the rest is history. They are now married (you can read their story here) and on a happy path together with the help of God who they both felt had a strong hand, along with friendsfirst, in bringing them together.
