MEMBERS IN THE WEST MIDLANDS

friendsfirst was established in the West Midlands so not surprisingly alot of our members originally came from there and as our Head Office is still there, we still seem to attract a significant number of members from this region. Many church leaders know us personally and as a result many people are personally recommended by them. And also not suprisingly, we've had many couples get married who live in the West Midlands - about 24 people at the last count!

John and Irene are one of our lovely couples who both joined friendsfirst - not really looking for love but just for companionship. Certainly Irene who lived in Birmingham never expected to get married again - but when she saw John's profile (he lived in Bromsgrove) she was very taken by it. They quickly met and a strong friendship grew which, much to both of their delights, ended in marriage.
